Basically a cron job written in python periodically compiles link, qos, and iptables data into an rrdtool database. The front end is written in PHP.
The code is a good proof of concept but needs far more work before I'd consider it mature. It does seem pretty stable on my machine.
The latest release is 0.2 released on 04 July 2007.
